At Quantum Leap Customer Support, we are driven by a shared vision. Since college, Julian and I have been passionate about addressing the unemployment and livelihood challenges faced by fellow Zimbabweans, who have pursued education but struggle in an economy that is 70% informal, yet we are one of the most literate countries in Africa. Discovering the mutual benefits for companies seeking cost-saving solutions and Zimbabweans eager to earn an income, we saw an opportunity to connect these needs. Our mission is to create a win-win situation, bridging the gap and fostering a prosperous future for all. Pheim Guti holds a business management degree and a Master's of Science in Strategic Management. With a successful career in the finance industry, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. Beyond his professional achievements, Pheim is a third-generation preacher, inspired to empower people, having had the privilege of preaching in the United States, the Caribbean Islands, South America, Nigeria, Namibia, South Africa, and various cities in Zimbabwe.

Julian Lennon Kanombirira is a results-driven professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in business strategy, auditing, and data analysis. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration (Strategy and Entrepreneurship) from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Africa University, he has excelled in roles at Lennox International, Ernst & Young, and other prominent organizations. Julian specializes in risk management, audit planning, compliance, and delivering actionable insights that drive efficiency and organizational growth. He is also the founder of a non-profit that funds education for underprivileged children in Africa and explores initiatives to preserve endangered languages. With a career marked by strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and a commitment to social impact, Julian combines professionalism with a passion for creating meaningful change.
